Field Sales Manager

Location: Midlands and North regions

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join St. Modwen Homes as a Field Sales Manager covering our Midlands and North regions.

The successful applicant will support the Sales Managers to ensure the company achieves the sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role is site based and is key to ensuring the Sales Consultants feel supported out in the field with careful consideration given to site presentation, stock plots, signage and the sales consultant’s welfare. The team are expected to enhance St. Modwen Homes' reputation and brand image to prospective and existing customers and deliver high standards of customer service.

Sales Consultant

Location: Newton-le-Willows

Hours of work: Thursday - Monday, 37.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join St. Modwen Homes as an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant based on our site in Newton-le-Willows.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic, driven, confident and outgoing; have a natural ability to engage and influence people, motivated by working to demanding goals and targets whilst determined to enhance the customer purchasing experiencing by offering great customer service at all times. You will be required to work at the weekends and bank holidays.

Skills required:

  • An excellent salesperson with a proven track record of hitting sales targets;

  • A good knowledge of the property industry;

  • Competent MS Word and Excel skills, and confident using new computer systems;

  • Responsible for the maintenance of confidential files and holding information about purchasers and potential purchasers;

  • Responsible for the efficient running of the sales office and presentation of the show homes;

  • Adaptable to change and keen to share best practice techniques as well as undergo further sales training;

  • Self-motivated and the ability to work on own initiative;

  • Valid UK driving licence with own transport essential.

The role offers a competitive basic salary plus commission and bonus, 25 days holiday, and a company uniform.
