It was all about location for international rugby player Sam Davies who has purchased his first home at Hendrefoilan Park in Swansea.
The Ospreys fly-half had set out to try and find the perfect home for him and pet Cockapoo Ralph and once he took a look around the four-bedroom Chichester at the development, his mind was made up.
“I’d been searching for my first home for a few months and was looking at a mix of both new homes and older properties, but as soon as I visited Hendrefoilan Park, it was hard to get away from it really.
“The location was the main reason I moved here. It’s perfect for me being close to all of the beaches and Swansea city centre. It’s also near to the Liberty Stadium so I don’t have to travel far on game day. Plus the Ospreys’ training facilities at Llandarcy are only a short trip away.
“There is a huge range of different house types there, but the Chichester was the one which really stood out for me. There is plenty of room so I can have my mates round, and the living room is really spacious. I open plan kitchen is great as well with the design making it feel like a huge area.
“It is the first time I have purchased a home for myself and the sales staff made it really easy for me. They dealt with all of the solicitors and everything was taken care of with no fuss. I was told which date the home would be ready and everything went to plan with no delays or anything, so it went as smoothly as possible.
“I’m delighted with my new home, and would certainly recommend St. Modwen Homes to my friends. The home looks great, and the staff were always helpful throughout the process.”
