Three exclusive new house designs have now been released for sale at St. Modwen Homes’ Gregorys Bank development in Worcester. These one-off contemporary designs are the only ones of their kind to be built at the development offering people the chance to purchase a truly unique home just one mile from the city centre.
Named the Charlbury, the Swithun, and the Merewald, the new detached homes range from three to four bedrooms in size. Combining traditional red brick with wooden cladding and eye catching window surrounds, each design has been carefully considered by architects RG+P to create maximum impact.

The new three bedroom homes start from £276,995 for the detached Merewald, going up to £279,995 for the detached Swithun. While the four bedroom detached Charlbury starts from £409,995.

Whilst each house type still boasts the familiar red brick of Gregorys Bank, they also utilise timber cladding and white or grey render to make a statement out of the full height windows.”
