Multi award-winning housebuilder, St. Modwen Homes, is steaming ahead with construction at its Bramshall Meadows development, located off Bramshall Road in Uttoxeter.
Comprising 58 properties, the first phase at Bramshall Meadows will offer a range of three, four and five bedroom homes, with a variety of house designs to choose from including semi-detached, detached properties and three storey townhouses.
St. Modwen Homes is now counting down to the launch of the new homes which will coincide with the opening of the marketing suite this weekend (14 and 15 May).
Dave Smith, Managing Director at St. Modwen Homes, said: “Bramshall Meadows is set to be a stand-out development that offers beautiful homes for people on all stages of the property ladder. It’s picturesque setting overlooking the local countryside, as well as the quality and design of the new homes, is sure to attract potential homeowners from Uttoxeter and further afield.”
The new homes are part of St. Modwen’s wider regeneration project at Uttoxeter which, when complete, will comprise 700 new homes, 25 acres of employment space, a school, retail centre and recreational facilities.
St. Modwen Homes has worked with RG+P architects, to ensure Bramshall Meadows is a design-led development that is sympathetic to the local area. It has been designed with three distinct character areas: rural, frontage and suburban, all of which will boast different house designs.
Dave said: “In addition to the new homes, this first phase of Bramshall Meadows will include areas of green, open space and a play area. We also plan to retain many of the original trees and hedgerows, as well as providing specific habitat corridors to encourage local wildlife to flourish. It is our aim to create a sustainable development in Uttoxeter that will enhance the area and be somewhere that people are proud to call home.
“We’re very excited about the upcoming launch and we’re sure people are going to like what they see.”
A multi award-winning housebuilder, St. Modwen Homes has developed a reputation for designing homes which embrace much-loved features from older, more traditional properties, including higher than average ceilings, large windows and spacious living areas, whilst benefitting from the many advantages of being a new build property, such as eco-friendly technologies, high quality fixtures and fittings and a ten year build guarantee.
