Sales go through the roof at Cofton Grange

Award-winning housebuilder, St. Modwen Homes, has seen sales go through the roof at its Cofton Grange development in Cofton Hackett, with the 14 properties initially released for sale all reserved from plan in just two months.

Meeting the demand for high quality new homes in the area, over 60% of the new homes have been purchased by people who live within 10 miles of the development, ranging from first time buyers to growing families and downsizers.
