The second phase of beautifully-designed homes has now been launched for sale at St. Modwen Homes’ Gregorys Bank development in Worcester.
Adding to the excitement, eight brand new house designs will be revealed at the development, offering a selection of detached and semi-detached two, three and four bedroom houses – perfect for families, first time buyers and downsizers.
Located off St. Georges Lane North, this latest phase has been launched in response to the success of the first collection of homes at Gregorys Bank which now only has a handful of plots remaining for sale. When complete, the second phase will deliver 120 new homes.
Jo Casstles, Sales Manager at St. Modwen Homes, said: “The first three and four bedroom homes in the second phase at Gregorys Bank have now been released for sale, letting househunters in the area reserve one of our new house types for the very first time.
“Retaining many of the popular characteristics that people fell in love with in the first phase, the new three bedroom Houghton and four bedroom Hannington and Barlow homes all boast open plan living, as well as high quality fixtures and fittings, designer kitchens and modern bathrooms. The Barlow particularly stands out as a luxury family home, with an en-suite and walk-in wardrobe leading off the master bedroom, as well as a separate study and French doors leading out to a rear, turfed garden from the large dining and family room. It really does have everything covered!”
Known for its design-led approach to housebuilding, St. Modwen Homes considers each property individually, designing them with large windows and high ceilings to allow light to flood through the rooms. Each of the new house types boast a red brick exterior, with some benefitting from feature bay windows, modern porticos and chimneys. Additionally, all the new houses have a spacious garden and allocated parking. The new homes start in price from just £228,500.
Jo said: “More than just beautiful properties, Gregorys Bank is a great place to call home. Situated by the Birmingham and Worcester Canal, people can enjoy peaceful walks along the waterways whilst knowing that they are only two miles away from the many shops, bars and restaurants in Worcester city centre.”
All the homes in the new phase are also available to purchase under all the existing house buying schemes including the Government’s Help to Buy and St. Modwen Homes’ own Assisted Move scheme.
Ideal for those commuting to work in Birmingham city centre or further afield, Gregorys Bank has great transport links to the M5 and a direct train to Birmingham which only takes 40 minutes.
