Househunters in Rugby are being encouraged to use the government’s Help to Buy scheme to purchase a new home at St. Modwen Homes’ Edison Place development, located off Leicester Road.
Under Help to Buy, the government lends buyers up to 20% of the cost of their new home, therefore potential homeowners need only a minimum of a 5% cash deposit and 75% mortgage to make up the rest of the property’s listed price.
