St. Modwen Homes offers househunters a helping hand

08 September 2015

Between 10am and 5.30pm on Saturday and Sunday, homebuyers can explore the newly opened show homes at Radley Park, on Lowfield Lane, and also talk to the sales team about St. Modwen’s Assisted Move initiative.

Under Assisted Move, St. Modwen Homes will use its expertise and knowledge to sell a buyer’s current property while helping them secure a dream new home at Radley Park in as little as four weeks. On average, under a conventional sale, a house purchase takes between two and three months to complete, not including selling the existing property which often more than doubles the length of time needed to complete the process.

Jo Winston, sales manager at St. Modwen Homes, said: “Purchasing a new home can be a stressful experience, especially when you are struggling to sell your current home.

“Our Assisted Move scheme aims to remove some of the stress and cost out of selling your old property. We deal with the estate agents, pay their fees and help you get the best price for your old home, so that you can concentrate on choosing your dream new home at Radley Park.

“Anyone is welcome to come along and ask about Assisted Move at our special event at Radley Park this weekend – and no appointment is necessary.”

An impressive range of two, three and four bedroom freehold properties are available to purchase at Radley Park, with prices starting at just £134,995. What’s more, all the properties are available to purchase under the government’s Help to Buy scheme, meaning a new home can be secured with a deposit of as little as 5%.

Show homes now open include the Gleaston three bedroom semi-detached, the Chichester four bedroom and the Webster three bedroom detached.

Recently unveiled, the striking Gleaston home is inspired by traditional properties and boasts a white brick detail exterior façade whilst incorporating contemporary features, including a glazed panel beside the front door allowing natural light to flood into the hallway. Inside, the contemporary open plan layout has been complemented with a neutral colour scheme, with textures and colours brought in through soft furnishings, light fittings and pictures.

The Radley Park marketing suite is located on Lowfield Lane, St. Helens (postcode: WA9 5TA). Opening times are Thursday to Monday between 10am to 5.30pm inclusive of the weekends.
