A message from everyone at St. Modwen Homes
While we’ve all moved to home working, we’re still doing all we can to make sure that our new and existing homebuyers are still able to move forward on their homebuying journey. We’ll do anything we can to offer as much flexibility as possible to ensure that your dream home becomes a reality, whatever your circumstances are.
To our homebuyers
For the time being, we’ve closed our Marketing Suites and Showhomes at all our developments, so even though we’ll be unable to see you in person for a little while, you can still get in touch with us by telephone, email and video call. If you have questions about a specific housetype, would like to know more about availability, or need to discuss your personal situation – please get in touch.
For homebuyers who have exchanged
On the 24/03/20 we paused construction work across our developments, and safely and securely closed down our sites. Our Sales Consultants will be in touch to discuss how your personal home buying journey may be affected, and will help guide you through your next steps.
To our existing homeowners
We have made the difficult decision that as of 24/03 our front line Customer Service teams will not be visiting our customers in their home. Telephone and video conferencing will be available.
In the unlikely event that you have an emergency within your home, both ourselves and our contractors are committed to ensuring this is acted upon swiftly and with minimum disruption. Our Customer Service teams are working normally and can be reached on 0333 241 8992 for homeowners in the Midlands and North and 01173 167770 for homeowners in the South West and London. If you need to report anything out of hours, our Emergency response centre can be contacted on 0845 307 4894 who will be happy to help.
