The wait is over for more than 800 people who have registered their interest in buying a new home at Trentham Manor: on Sunday, 20th September, they are invited to a special event at which they will get to find out more about the first properties to be delivered.
St. Modwen Homes has started construction on the initial phase of two, three, four and five bedroom houses that are being developed off Stanley Matthews Way in Stoke-on-Trent.
Those attending the launch event, held at Brittania Stadium, will get to take a sneak peak at the plans for the homes ahead of the marketing suite opening next month and show home being unveiled later in the year.
Bev Hall, Sales and Marketing Director at St. Modwen Homes, said: “We are holding this special launch event in response to the high levels of interest in the high quality homes at Trentham Manor.
“Usually homebuyers would have to wait until the marketing suite and show home open in order to get more of a sense of what the homes are going to be like, but we’re holding this special event on a Sunday so that as many potential purchasers as possible are able to come along and gain more information.
“Construction is well under way at Trentham Manor and it won’t be long before we’ll really get a feel of what the site will be like. The launch event on Sunday isn’t on site, but we’ll still be able to answer people’s questions and hopefully give a real flavour for what we’re trying to achieve at Trentham Manor.”
In total, Trentham Manor will comprise 300 houses when complete – including a mix of two, three, four and five bedroom houses – 123 of which will be delivered in this first phase.
There will be 10 house types initially released for sale at Trentham Manor, all of which will have front and rear gardens and allocated parking. Each of the properties has been designed with traditional Victorian high ceilings and large windows (in some cases floor-to-ceiling) to ensure that all the living spaces are open and bright. The majority of these first homes will be situated along a tree lined avenue.
When complete, all the properties will include designer kitchens as well as modern bathrooms with Hansgrohe technology, fitted as standard. Additionally, the larger properties boast open plan kitchen and dining rooms with French doors leading out to the rear garden. All the homes boast high quality fixtures and fittings, helping them really stand out against other housebuilders.
