St. Modwen Homes is seeking an exceptional design partner to bring the brand to life through the delivery of two distinctive show homes in the West of Scotland.
These will be the first St. Modwen Homes show homes of their kind in the region, presenting an exciting opportunity to establish a fresh, contemporary look and feel for the brand as it expands into the West of Scotland.
Working across two substantial 4- and 5-bedroom show homes, the appointed design partner will transform blank canvases into inspiring, aspirational interiors that capture the imagination of prospective St. Modwen homeowners.
From hero furniture and key statement pieces through to the smallest finishing touches, the designs should demonstrate a cohesive vision across every element, including:
- Furniture and feature pieces
- Kitchen styling and detailing
- Lighting
- Wallpaper and colour schemes
- Window treatments
- Flooring and rugs
- Artwork and accessories
- Soft furnishings
- Styling and finishing details
The successful design partner will work closely and collaboratively with the St. Modwen Homes site and sales teams, translating the brand's ambitions into interiors that feel aspirational, welcoming and commercially relevant to the local market.
This is an opportunity to create something genuinely new for the St. Modwen Homes brand, establishing a design language that can set the standard for future developments across the region.
We're looking for a design partner who combines creative vision with commercial understanding - someone who can turn a blank canvas into a memorable home that prospective buyers can immediately imagine themselves living in.
Our judges will review all submissions, with the successful design partner announced on Tuesday 1 December 2026 and contacted directly by the St. Modwen Homes team.
Project Timeline

- 31 October 2026: Submission deadline
- 1 December 2026: Successful design partner announced
- December 2026: Project commencement and design development
- Mid-January 2027: Show home installations commence
- March 2027: Official show home openings
