How it works
Talk to us - Chat with your Development Sales Manager to check if your chosen home is eligible.
Apply for the scheme - If eligible, we’ll guide you through the Buy Now, Sell Later application.
Get your valuation - We’ll arrange a market appraisal and provide a suggested price for your current home.
Review your valuation - Once you receive your valuation, you’ll have 48 hours to confirm if you’d like to proceed. If you do, we’ll complete your reservation and you can begin marketing your current house.
Move with certainty - When your current house is sold, you’ll exchange contracts and move one step closer to your brand new St. Modwen home.
