Terms and conditions
The Promotion is open to those residents in England, Scotland, and Wales aged 18 and over.
It excludes employees of, Miller Homes and St. Modwen Homes, and anyone professionally connected to the competition.
An entrant may only be entered into the prize draw once.
The Promotion runs from Saturday 12 September until Saturday 10th October 2026.
Third parties are prohibited from collecting the prize on behalf of the winner.
‘The Promoter’ (St. Modwen Homes) reserves the right to amend the competition end date or withdraw The Promotion at any time.
Entrants must enter by filling out an entry card at the St. Modwen Homes Shawfair Marketing Suite.
A valid email address is required to enter.
The prize is;

1 x Premium syrup set
1 x set of 2 double walled mugs
1 x set of 4 latte spoons
1 x coffee measuring scoop
1 x milk frother jug
Selection of biscuits and coffee
The prize is non-transferable, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value. There is no cash alternative.
One winner will be selected at random on Monday 12 October and contacted the same day via email.
The prize will be issued upon receipt of the winner's acceptance of the prize.
Should the selected winner not accept their prize within 14 days, a new winner will be drawn.
The Promoter’s decisions regarding all Promotion matters are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify an individual found to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive or to contravene the spirit of the Competition.
