Book an appointment on our website or app to visit any St. Modwen Homes development in person between Monday 16th July and Monday 31 August 2026 and you’ll automatically enter our competition to win a £5,000 voucher.
You must be opted in to be contacted and receive email communications from us.
You must be over 18 years of age to enter and not family of St. Modwen Homes employees, agents nor professionally connected with the company. Entries are restricted to one per visit/family (not per individual) regardless of the number of developments visited.
One winner will be chosen randomly from the entries, and the winner will be notified by email or phone no later than 30th September 2026.
The prize is non-refundable and not transferable and cannot be exchanged for any alternative.
The winner may be required to take part in publicity to promote the competition.
